Terms & Conditions — Cawan4D Platform Rules and Player Obligations

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Cawan4D ("cawan4d", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://cawan4d.cam and all related services, products, features, games, and functionalities made available through the cawan4d platform.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the cawan4d platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any additional terms, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the cawan4d platform and refrain from registering an account. Access to and use of cawan4d's services is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• Account means the personal user account registered by a Player on the cawan4d platform, through which all services, games, transactions, and communications are conducted.
• Balance means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback amount, referal reward, birthday bonus, or other incentive offered by cawan4d to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• KYC means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all cawan4d Players, involving submission of government-issued identification and proof of address.
• Platform means the cawan4d website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services accessible at https://cawan4d.cam.
• Services means all games, betting markets, financial transactions, customer support, promotional programmes, and other features provided by cawan4d.
• Wagering Requirement means the number of times a Bonus amount must be played through before it may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• MYR / RM means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency used for all transactions on the cawan4d platform.

To register and maintain an Account on cawan4d, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are natural person of at least 21 years of age. Persons below this age are strictly prohibited from registering or using any cawan4d service, including free-play or demo modes where real-money features are accessible.
2. You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before registering.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law, regulation, or governmental order.
4. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or proxy for any other person or entity.

6. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a person employed or engaged by cawan4d or its affiliated entities.
7. You have not self-excluded from the cawan4d platform and have not requested any active exclusion from online gambling services that would prevent you from legally using the Platform.

cawan4d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied or cannot be verified.

Each person may hold onlyone (1) Account on the cawan4d platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any of your registered details change. cawan4d is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain up-to-date account information.

All Accounts are subject to mandatory KYC verification prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid Malaysian government-issued photo identity document (MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence)
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• A clear selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the identity document beside their face
• Additional documentation as may be requested by our compliance team in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. cawan4d reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the KYC process. Please refer to our Account Verification Guide on the About Us page for step-by-step submission instructions.

Your use of the cawan4d platform is subject to the following general conditions of use, which apply at all times:

• You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must notify cawan4d immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
• You acknowledge that all bets and wagers placed through your Account are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. Errors or technical issues that you contribute to do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
• cawan4d reserves the right to conduct routine maintenance, updates, or modifications to the Platform at any time. Scheduled downtime will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access, interact with, or gain advantage on the Platform.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of any software forming part of the cawan4d Platform.

cawan4d operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraudulent, abusive, and manipulative behaviour. Any Account found to be engaging in such conduct will be permanently terminated, and affected funds may be seized pending investigation.

All financial transactions on cawan4d are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a cryptocurrency equivalent is specified. cawan4d supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

• E-Walets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Transfer / Online Banking: DuitNow, FPX
• Bank Transfer: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), BNB

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. cawan4d does not charge processing fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Standard processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow and FPX: under 5 minutes for verified accounts
• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): within 30 minutes for verified accounts
• Bank Transfer: within 1 to 3 business hours for verified accounts
• Cryptocurrency: within 1 to 6 hours depending on network congestion

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been used for deposits within your Account, or to verified bank accounts in the Account holder's name, consistent with our AML compliance obligations. cawan4d reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

cawan4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. These include welcome deposit bonuses, esports bonuses, cryptocurrency deposit bonuses, birthdayuses, referal rewards, and VIP tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

1. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, maximum bonus amounts, and time limits. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
2. Bonuses are issued to a single Account person, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Circumventing this rule via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
3. cawan4d reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to an Account that are in the process of being wagered through.
4. Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time limit for each promotion. Bonus funds that expire without meeting the wagering requirement will be removed from the Account without compensation.
5. Certain game categories (e.g., live dealer tables, specific slot titles) may be excluded from wagering requirement calculations. Refer to individual promotion pages for game contribution rates.
6. cawan4d reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or associated winings where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, exploitation of system errors, or breach of these Terms.

All betting and gaming activity on the cawan4d platform is subject to the following rules, which apply across all product verticals including sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and poker:

• All bets are final once confirmed.awan4d will not void bets placed in error by the Player.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds published due to technical fault — cawan4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its absolute discretion.
• Sports betting markets are subject to separate product rules governing settlement, postponement, walkover, and abandonment events. Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other covered competitions follow standard international settlement rules.
• Live casino games are governed by the rules of each individual game provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game provider's standard protocol.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee individual session results.
• cawan4d does not guarantee continuous availability of any particular game, market, or product. Games may be temporarily withdrawn for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or provider-related reasons.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cawan4d platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and potential referal to relevant authorities:

1. Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documentation; impersonating any other person.
2. Money Laundering: Depositing funds derived from criminal activity; using the Platform to layer, place, or integrate illicit funds.
3. Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
4. Collusion & Match Fixing: Coordinating with other players or third parties to fix the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event covered by cawan4d's betting markets.
5. Technical Exploitation: Using software bugs, exploits, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
6. Unauthorised Access: Attempting to access, probe, or compromise any part of the cawan4d system, network, or database without authorisation.
7. Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are below the age of 21, or facilitating access for a person below that age.

All content on the cawan4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive property of cawan4d or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from cawan4d
• Create derivative works based on any cawan4d content or technology
• Frame, mirror, or embed the Platform or any of its content on any third-party website or application
• Use cawan4d's trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cawan4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, cawan4d shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winings or profits resulting from technicalaults, server outages, or interruptions to internet connectivity
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, game results, or promotional terms
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account data where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers

Nothing in this clause operates to exclude or limit cawan4d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

cawan4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10 of this Agreement
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your Account

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting cawan4d's customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any pending or forfeited bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or its breach, termination, or invalidity, shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice from either party, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents cawan4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in relation to any matter involving intellectual property rights, fraud, or emergency preserving relief.
